PRODUCT

The bases are intended for mixing centres only. The mixed product uses for a decorative gloss finish of metal, wood and other materials both in exterior and interior. It has wide range of use, dries well and it has heat resistance.

SURFACE PREPARATION

A surface needs to be dry, clean, smooth without dust, degrease, humidity of wood till 12 %, metal rid of rust. A primer applies first. Porous materials impregnate for uniform absorbency of the surface. Previously painted surfaces clean, degrease and remove all poorly adhering old coats to solid surfaces when renovate. Verify compatibility between old paints and the new one. Perform a test on the area 1 m².

RECOMMENDED APPLICATION

Mix properly before use, thin as need. Metal: 1 coat of the primer PRAGOPRIMER STANDARD S 2000, PRAGOPRIMER UNIVERZÁL S 2035, PRAGOPRIMER S 2129 PROFI (iron), FORMEX S 2003 ZÁKLAD NA POZINK (light metals); smooth with a sandpaper no. 280-320; 1-2 coats by the enamel INDUSTROL PROFI U 2129. Wood: 1 coat by the impregnation LAZUROL CLASSIC S 1023 or UNIBAL NAPOUŠTĚCÍ FERMEŽ O  1000; smooth with a sandpaper no. 150-180; 1-2 coats of the primer PRAGOPRIMER PLUS S 2070, LAZUROL OKNOBAL ZÁKLAD S 2060; smooth with a sandpaper no. 280-320; 1-2 coats of the enamel U 2129 INDUSTROL PROFI. Applies in recommended thickness 30-35 µm in ventilated, not humid surroundings at 15-25 °C. Other coat, in case of need, applies in 2 hours „wet to wet“ or after 48 hours.

TINTING

Different colour shades are prepared by the tinting system BALMIX.
